I like Caffe Nero a lot and of all the large coffee chains I would rather pick Nero's than any of the others. I have visited number of the outlets all over England and have always found the staff to be friendly and very efficient. I especially like the loyalty card that you can get and although I don't drink loads of coffee, it does keep me going back to Caffe Nero's as I know I can get good coffee when I do go and that my 10th cup / takeaway would be free! I'm not a huge fan of the ready made sandwiches but I can recommend the Panettone and muffins which have always been good. One small word of warning, Caffe Nero does not accept any card payments so make sure you always have cash on you when before you get to the till!
