Bad Points
rude staff, incorrect information...unhelpfull..if your couriers are over whelmed then simply be honest about it and do not give people dates for delivery that you can not keep!!
General Comments
passport was out for delivery today...called SMS at 1.00pm one person said that it should be with me by 6pm.
at 1.45 I checked the website to track my passport and it said that delivery had been attemped and no one was in.....I cant believe it....total rubbish.....they did not leave a card...How can so many people be wrong about the same company...THEY PLAY WITH PEOPLES LIVES....
