Bad Points
Taking more for holiday than quoted!
Waiting on phone for excessive amounts of time to speak to people.
General Comments
Having booked a last min holiday through Bookable Holidays over the telephone, they clearly stated the cost that would be taken from credit card, however, they actually took more than quoted from card!! Still waiting to hear for an explanation!
