I ordered 3 CD's from CD WOW, I got no e-mail confirmation. Around a week later 1 cd arrived. I contacted Customer Services who basically refused to deal with me until 21 days was up even though they confirmed the order was despatched around 4 days before. I waited the 21 days and have now sent around 10 e-mails. Each time someone different responds but is vague and does not provide the information I've asked for. They are now trying to tell me that I provided and incorrect address and postcode, amazing then that 1 of the cd's was delivered. Whats also astonishing is how they were able to trace my order as I had no order number and only provided my name and address. I also paid 50 pence delivery insurance yet they are still refusing to re-send my order or refund me.
