stays on and dosnt rub off or smear . looks great.
Bad Points
can take more then one day to loosen to get it off when you want it off. but i dont mind it some may.
General Comments
Revlon Colorstay Waterproof Mascara didnt smear or rib off really easy. I have one eye that waters all the time and this was wonderful/
