The surrounding countryside, the wildlife, the swimming pool and spa, the restaurants, the friendly staff, the nearby village of Silverdale, the general high standard of cleanliness
General Comments
We've been to Holgates several times and will be going back twice more this year. It has the perfect balance of things for the adults and things for children, it's only a 20 minute drive from the Lakes and yet you leave the M6 at junction 35 before you hit the tailback traffic on a Friday night.
