General Comments

Dolphin Bathrooms customer service is fine until they have your money. Then they don't want to know you. They fitted our bathroom less than 2 years ago, and already the shower has broken. They have not answered my e-mails, and when you ring up, they pass you from pillar to post. They don't take resposibilty for their products and don't care anymore. The fitters were excellent and worked hard, but we did have to have them back as they damaged the floor and vanity unit when they were fitted. That's probably becasue the fitters were only plumbers, but Dolphin expect them to plaster, fit flooring and tile also, whcih is why it wasn't up to standard. They are very expensive too. I won't be using Dolphin or their sister companies, Sharps bedrooms or Moben kitchens again.
