Everything -- Do not buy it! Also, do not buy ANY appliance from Next, if it goes wrong, you are on your own!!


General Comments

Our Hotpoint FF200E lasted under 4 months before the plastic drawer runner in the freezer cracked. Hotpoint accused us of overloading the drawer, although the engineer confirmed it was a manufacturing defect. He "repaired" it by cutting a chunk of plastic from the wall of the freezer and replaced it with surf board repair putty! Next sold us the appliance and have refused point blank to offer us any help with dealing with it, even though it was faulty when then sold it to us.
