Bad Points

There just haven't been - we've used them frequently in Canada and USA (including border crossing) for the last 5 years without a hitch - we once had a dirty car from Alamo which was unacceptable so they upgraded us but that was an Alamo 'issue'


General Comments

The cover provided is very 'transparent' you know exactly what you pay for - last time, picking up in Dulles Washington, we were even warned about a hard sell of additional insurance from Alamo, we were told we did not need it (in writing) After a lot of haggling at the Alamo desk we called for the Duty Manager showed him the covering letter and he apologised for his employee claiming it was a commuication mix up! I believe it was a 'hard sell' and thankfully Yes Car Hire prepared us for it. Price very competitive. Should be a 10 but is anyone perfect? Used Yes Car Hire lots in US Canada. Can't beat them for price and efficiency.
