Good Points

Good facilities, busy at times


Bad Points

on resigning we went from a telephone call telling me I had to pay 3 months fees to leave, to threatening legal action in two communications. They are a cold financial organisation not a club.
I sent a letter with my concerns and suggestions for changes in operating procedures and received a email threatening legal action in return.


General Comments

Esporta did not spell out clearly, when I joined, three things 1. that off peak excluded all weekends, 2. that to join this sporting club I was signing a 12 month almost loan contract or 3. that resignation required a 3 month payment/ notice. This was in the paperwork but I think should have been more clearly explained.
