Terrible coloring, inaccurate coloring
General Comments
I chose a dark brown color and it turned out jet black, not even a tint of brown, I'm so disgusted I have to go to work like this..
My hair was the exact shade on the bottle that was recommended, I left it in for 15 minutes-- it recommended 25.
My hair is JET BLACK and disgusting
Not the first time this has happened to me with nice n easy products-- never using again
