Good Points

Good phones, deals and coverage.


Bad Points

Getting through, dealing with complaints, not being able to talk to supervisor/manager, ordering via phone cant comment for online ordering.


General Comments

Coming to the end of my contract having been with Vodaphone for years, ordered for early upgrade, wish l hadnt reordered three twice kept screwing up order. Dire customer service generally if you can get through, cant sort out the problem cancelled the order but they seem to think its on order but delayed!? Complained on their contact page but cant assist with orders plus the replies seem to come from overseas. Think l will be leaving them as this is laughable. Used to be very good but seem v.poor this last 6 months.
