Good Points

The supervisor was helpful after denial explaining why.


Bad Points

High fees, too much personal info. required.


General Comments

Western Union Money Transfer asked for way too much personal information for me to be comfortable using them again. I am actually concerned about identity theft now. I was also denied due to not having a land line. So, please do not give out your info. if you don't have a land line. Besides the fact that the fees are very high.
