Bad Points

Their policy stinks as well as their customer relationship. That was last August. To this day they still have my goods, and there is nothing I can do about it. Be warned the same doesn't happen to you


General Comments

I am a customer from England who purchased online a Finally Free Hair Removal epilater with extra leg / underarm patches. This in total cost £174.95 English pounds. I ordered for my cousin who had facial hair. Unfortunately by the time we received the goods, my cousin was taken ill with a stroke, and was in hospital. She sadly died. By the time I had decided to send it back, completely unopened and unused, it was a few days passed the return date. After making several telephone calls to New Jersey, they completely refused to give me my money back. On top of that they would not even send the goods back to me.
