Terms and conditions do not relate to goods bought for a commercial premises, this is not clearly stated on their website. Extremely poor after sales customer service!


General Comments

Comet have disgraceful Customer after Sales Service!!!!!!!!!
Having bought a Bosch dishwasher from Comet Online for our office premises when we came to unpack it the whole top of the appliance came off in our hands which is clearly faulty it is not supposed to do this. Tried to return item but was told it was outside of 7 days notification for damaged goods (it was faulty not damaged) call centre staff are robots and then pass yopu on to another dept when you get too technical. They arranged an engineer to visit and fix lid, then was told by engineer we would have to pay £75.00 call out charge and any parts needed!!! I am absolutely flabbergasted they send us a faulty item and we are told because its on commercial premises we have no warranty whatsoever even though we havent even completely unpacked the item or connected it up!! Not only that but if we send it back we have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee to them, they are even now saying they wont refund our money either because its outside of the 7 days period. Their customer service is disgusting, nobody seems to have any caring and there is no single person that will sort things out for you. This company are only interested in getting your money out of you but if you have any problems dont ring them - they DONT want to know!
