You can return items at any shop.


Bad Points

For most part employees are helpful and knowledgeable. There are just a few that are idiots.


General Comments

Ordered a seat post over the phone from one of Evans Cycle stores. It was supposed to be kept under my name for pickup. After a 40 min ride on the tube I arrive and the item was not there. They did not have it in stock and was sold out. They killed 2 hours of my day because of being incompetent.
