i find comet the best place to buy any electrical goods, i buy all my stuff from there. i see reviews on here stating that it is an outrage that a comet engineer has to look at the product before a refund exchange can be processed which is ridiculous as just because you say its broken or someone else says that whos to say you are not lying or it is just something like user error which is simply resolved. if you sold something to someone and they said it was broken, you would like to check it before you gave them your money back wouldnt you.
