Good Points

punctual, low cost, professional well trained staff


Bad Points

no seat allocation...in itself not really a problem, but it just creates an atmosphere of tension and encourages pushing and shoving ...


General Comments

As usual very good service with Easyjet: professional staff and good punctuality.

Flew Madrid-Bristol-Madrid.
Mad-Bristol: very efficient check in, faster than many a time with Iberia, KLM or British Airways. Flight left on time, and arrived about 15 min early.
Bristol- Madrid: arrived just before the check in opened to hear their computer was down. They gave regular updates and clear instructions: manual check-in and dedicated desks for those flights due to leave first...but then after about 10 min the computer was back on line and everybody was checked in with very little fuss.
I 've been flying with easyjet for many years on a variety of routes and (apart from the hassle with no seat allocation) would recommend them to anyone.
