Disgusted with the whole business, and got little help except to DIY and get on with it!!
General Comments
I bought a Top Up TV DTI6300 box last April 08 and received an email in May 09 informing me of the trouble with the box which I had already experienced but was unable to find out how to deal with it. I then received another email from them after my complaint by email to Top Up and rang the number they supplied, and as I am not subscribing to Top Up they informed me that all they could do was for me to keep on doing what they suggested with the box - turning it off and on etc. etc. etc. and then if it did not work they would replace thebox at a cost of £9.99 a month and I would have to take out a 12 month contract or they could replace the box at £20 NB This box would be a RECONDITIONED ONE!!!! What a shambolic way to treat a customer and I will never, ever buy anything from TopUp TV again or recommend them to people who ask me for my advice.
