Good Points

looked good ,big enough for kitchen space.


Bad Points

hotpoint service book tells that they have 1100 service engineers, might be a good time to get some more as what they have obviously cant keep up with the workload
(could be something to do with the quality of their appliaces). this will be the last hotpoint product that we purchase


General Comments

The Hotpoint FF200E looked good in black finish (matches other appliances) took ages and specialist tools to swap door swinging ,problem developed after 9 months, reported to hotpoint service, who gave us a date for engineer to call and i would recieve a text between 8 & 9 on morning, took day off, no text, rang hotpoint service at 11.30, promptly told no job booked in ,would you like to make an appointment, earliest we can call 7 days unless we get cancelation.
