changes impossible on reservation.... hate it!
General Comments
Expedia's customer service is lacking- I had to change my flight plans in mid trip, and they refused to help at all! I had to go to the airlines myself and request a change (which cost more than if I were to buy a new ticket all together). I am horrified at their service standards- even fast food chains will give more service than I got from them! I suppopse that's what happens when your 800 phone lines are sent to India rather than a national call center.....
