Good Points

None, as staff are rude and arrogant!


Bad Points

* No contact point for customer affairs department, other than email or fax.
* Very poor communication channels from their office
* Charged my credit card 3x for what was supposed to be 2 tickets and did not tell me.
* Reservations staff unhelpful and terminate the call when you ask for their name or staff number.


General Comments

Emirates charged me for an extra ticket on my credit card without my knowledge. I call the airline back and it took 14 days to get my money back. When I called the airline the staff on the other line was so unhelpful and rude that she couldn't assist me and terminated the phone call. I have now contacted the customer affairs department who have not responded for at least 10 days. I have now decided enough is enough and will be cancelling the tickets and demanding a full refund. Poor airline, unprofessional, rude and arrogant. They claim they have won over 300 awards for being the best in the industry. Very disppointed!
