Everything. Rude staff, extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.
General Comments
Do not under any circumstances use MIA secure parking to leave your car for your holiday. When I returned to my car after a weeks holiday the wingmirror was damaged and left hanging off my car. The driver said he didn't know what had happened and to phone the manager in the morning. I did so and have had no explanation whatsoever as to what happened, I have had to get the damaged fixed myself and have had no compensation!
