Bad Points

Really bad customer service no lee way or compromise - when I eventually get our money I will never bank with them again.


General Comments

Froze out ING Direct Internet Banking account we have had for 9 years because we moved 3 years ago and they had not updated my husbands details. At present cannot still get our money as they want a bank statement to prove my husband lived at the old address !!!! and proof he lives at the new one - even though they have written to him at it. We don't have the proof !!
