General Comments

Quinn-Direct Car Insurance took payment for months without authorisation and no policy even taken out.
Promises to send refund cheque everytime I ring them and ask for a supervisor. Been a year and still nothing. They are hoping I'll just let it go.

How can a company operate in this manner?

Shame on you Quinn.
