Good plan that words and encourages healthy choices
Bad Points
Plan should be tapered the closer you get to your target and more guidance on maintenance is needed.
General Comments
I've been following the slimming world plan for 6 months and have lost 4 stone, 2 pounds. the plan works well, but the closer you get to your target the harder it is to lose weight. Obviously, this is what I expected; but the slimming world diet does not take account of where you are in your weight loss journey, you are not told to modify the amount of food consumed; yet you have to do this to continue to lose weight.
