Good Points

None - I never needed the insurance so therefore had no experience of them as an organization.


Bad Points

Customer services, and silly renewal quote.


General Comments

Renewals. I have just received a letter from a debt collection agency saying I owe £81.24 for a policy with Admiral Car Insurance i canceled two months ago.

After speaking to them they have told me that the letter i sent in was not received so this is the amount outstanding for the two months.

I had sent the letter, enclosing the insurance documents as i have been caught out like this before so I was very careful.

The man on the phone stated that my choices were to pay or to get a CCJ. What choice!

What has really bugged me is they have not contacted me at all up to this point, just went direct to a debt agency.
