General Comments

booked by telephone from the airport using my credit card which they accepted and gave me a price.

on arrival at their city office I was told that the credit card I had just made the booking with wasn't suitable and I must take out extra insurance which doubled the agreed price.

I cancelled and they charged me a $100 'cancellation' fee
