Everything about them unfortunately.
General Comments
Have been with AOL for 9 years - excellent service until these last few months. Customer service if you are lucky to get Ireland, however unlucky when you get India - well what a waste of time.
AOL freezes, disconnections all the time, staff polite but pretty much useless I have been unable to start AOL for 10 days now - very apologetic but they don't seem to be doing anything to help me. So after 9 years I think it is time to say bye bye. Why waste my money on an extremely poor service and for the moment no service at all
