Never been late yet. Quick on loading. Happy & helpful cabin crew. Good value for money compared to some of the other airlines. Good luggage allowance
Bad Points
Extra leg room seats are narrow. Planes could do with upgrading. Food not the best but it passes time and saves messing about with a pack-up!
General Comments
We always fly Monarch to Lanzarote and/or Malaga and rate them as one of the best for these routes. I would not use them for longer haul unless the planes were more modern.
