General Comments

I switched from 3 as I couldn't get a signal in some parts of the country when on holiday. Switchover was painless on the Asda side - it was 3 who gave me problems trying to cancel my contract. Contacting Asda support has been good, except on the last occasion where I didn't get any satisfaction. For some reason, since joining Asda mobile, my phone battery has suddenly started to run down quite quicky, needed charging every other day. If I use the phone more than a couple of times while it's in a low state (and I mean half charged being indicated) it will go completely, leaving me without phone contact until I get home to charge it. Asda say this is not their network, but I have recently bought a T-Mobile sim to test and my battery has now been going for three days, including leaving it switched on overnight, which I don't normally do. This all started happening as soon as I switched. I have even bought a new battery, but this still discharges in the same length of time.
