General Comments
RBS were the only bank willing to help when I applied for a mortgage. As a single applicant I was severely limited in the amount I could borrow - I'm not on a mega salary and had to suffer to scrape up the 10% deposit, but my mortgage broker (Mortgage Matters) helped me at every stage of the process and supported me throughout. All the relevant information was supplied quickly and with not much fuss, once agreed, the money was transferred quickly and efficiently.
