General Comments
Well ... I have no function, and NO agenda.
As a veteran of the War in Angola, I read your Fighting Scared, and am ever thankful for having purchased the book. I believe it taught me the one thing that has plagued me since I left the army - and that was the answer to the nagging question, "did I do enough?" Or - "am I MORE of a man?"
I now doubt that I never will be as long as I see the things I didn't do as an obstacle.
You're a man of integrity, Robin ... and someone to look up to. And I was, admittedly, disappointed to read about the pettiness that went on in the SAS - but soon realised that if it happened to Jesus, you may feel blessed in it happening to you too.
Thanks, bru - for your encouragement. I was beaten half senseless by 15 younger guys in the beginning of this year, and stood afterwards, all beaten blue, BUT with a HUGE smile on my face. WHY? because I took it, and stood up. Thanks for the encouragement, bru ...
