General Comments
I moved to talk talk last April from BT because they were so much cheaper. I wish I hadn't, BT may be expensive but they are reliable and much, much faster, I only live about a mile from the exchange and for the first few months the speed was fine, not great but ok, but the last couple of months the service has deteriorated rapidly. Less than 800k download speeds, constant drop outs, poor customer service, the list goes on. Sadly, I don't live in a cable tv area so can't subscribe to Virgin or whoever, I cannot wait for my contract to end - 7 months, I'll probably go back to BT extortionate prices and all!
