After being a member of the Create And Craft TV Club for 2 years i have tried for the past 3 months to log into the club and it wont accept my password so i cant get on. Ater many e mails and phone calls got nowhere. When i send e mails i get the same reply telling me to phone customer services when i do i either dont get through or they tell you to phone another number and they cant help either i was told i would have to phone technical help and get a message telling me to phone between 8am and5 pm tried phoning all day got the same messageI wont be renewing my membership after this thats for sure
