Price of car £8,000 an extra 4,500 for finance.


General Comments

I brought a ford fiesta style from Welcome Car Finance in 2008 was already 2 years old with good miliage, however the sales guys were very pushy. i tried to not go ahead with the forms however i was told because i had already agreed verbally the credit control team and the sales guys said it was a deal. I was pushed into this sale, i got the car and when i was about to sign off paperwork the agreement was for 4 years even though i specifically asked for only 2 years. i told them my price range for a car and they went over the budget, it was only when i was signing the forms that i found out i was paying off quarter of my wages into this car every month for 4 years. This is terrible service and the biggest regreat was purchasuing this car- i am now paying off £13,000 for 4 years on a 06 ford fiesta.
