General Comments

I ordered a part for my specific vehicle from Auto Parts Warehouse....the incorrect part was shipped to me. When I contacted AutoParts about returning it they informed me I would have to pay shipping and re-stocking fee. Gee....it was their error and I have to pay! I am also responsible to pay for return shipping. Now...if I had made the error I wouldn't have a problem with paying shipping.....but under the circumstances I feel I should not have to pay one cent for their incompetant staff. I would not recomment this parts store to anyone. I have been shopping online for more than 8 years and have never had this kind of problem. On the contrary most customer service departments want to provide GOOD not HORRIBLE service.
