Good Points

None. I never took the flight, as tickets never arrived.


Bad Points

Ebookers showed no interest in refunding flight costs even when I managed to locate a real person in customer services.


General Comments

Never been so disappointed with a refund service. I could not get through to a real person at Ebookers when I pursued a refund claim [which arose through no fault of my own]. I had to pursue the flight cost refund through my credit card company [Mastercard] instead ... which worked
