Good Points

speed in resolving our claim..... ten out of ten


Bad Points

the courtesay car company that they appointed ran out of cars and we did not get one for 4 days and their current claims line did not operate at the weekend even though they said it did! Their computer system crashed so that did not help.


General Comments

we had a car accident(not our fault) and Tesco Car Insurance appointed solicitors were fantastic and compensated us very quickly
