General Comments

The Ferrino Chaos 2 lite-weight tent shares many of the same design features of the popular, and expensive, MSR Hubba Hubba. The pole structure and usable interior space of the two models are almost identical. The most significant difference between the two tents comes down to material; polyester fly-sheet and taped-seam floor (Chaos) vs nylon fly-sheet and bathub floor (MSR). Overall, I'm quite pleased with the purchase. The tent's waterproofing and ventilation system functioned perfectly during initial tests in the Chatianshan rainforest.

Technical features:
Usable volume: 1.4 m3
Size (packed): 16 x 38 cm
Max. weight: 2.15 kg
Fly-sheet: 210T Ripstop polyester coated with polyurethane, waterproof to 3000 mm.
Floor: polyester, water repellent to 3000 mm
Poles: in shock-corded 7001-T6 duraluminium with radial joints.
