General Comments

I have been dealing with Allied Cars and ordered a Red Morse Jag, and like the other reviews on here, I have had a terrible time trying to get hold them and have received terrible customer service. On every call i have made he has taken other calls while i am on the line in mid conversation.
He phoned me after i had paid a deposit and signed a contract (written in large marker pen) for the Red Jag, to say that they were unable to supply that car as the driver had just had a stroke. After giving me a list of some of the cars i told him that i would need to look at the website to pick another one and call him back. Again i had trouble communicating with him and when i did get hold of him i asked if he could get me a silver one and referred to a picture on the webiste, to which he replied "oh i havn't looked at the website in years, i dont know whats on that". So i asked if he could ring me back and let me know which ones were available. I never receieved a call, so i called him to let him know that i wanted to cancel the order and get a refund for the deposit. during the conversation he answered the phone to someone else 3 times, hung up on me 4 times, answered the phone pretending to be an answer machine once and made the comment "Women, can't get a word in edgeways"! He informed me that he would not be paying my deposit back as he said "I don't want to".
I have since sent a letter requesting my deposit back and telling him i would be contacting a solicitor if i do not recieve it. I have also called him to tell him this and he actually just told me to "Shut up woman".
I only wish i had read this website prior to dealing with the company in the first place.
