Most un help full staff, if you do not meet their demand they will sue quicker than a very quick thing. very poor!!


General Comments

Dial Direct Car Insurance stared out fine, then needed customer service. pay,pay,pay.
got whole policy wrong. lost years no claims bonus through them. great at selling worthless add on's to what should be a comprehensive policy
