terrible mess with handling orders


General Comments

On 20 April 2009 I ordered the Palazzo Quilt and cushions from the White Company. A month later I still have not received my order. In the last 2 weeks I repeatedly emailed the company and have so far dealt with many people, none of whom seem to be communicating with each other. All parties have been 'investigating' the matter for 2 weeks now. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that this was not an option until the goods are returned to them, yet this is impossible because no one seems to know where the goods are! I have never come across such a mess with any online retailer. I have no idea how this company manages to stay in business.
