I too cannot log into my account on Blue Mountain. I get the error message about cookies on 2 different computers. Even though I follow their instructions for allowing cookies, I still cannot log in. And there is no phone number contact or email to contact for customer service. I sent a card out a month ago from the same computer and all worked fine. Something has happened to their system and there is no way to contact them.
