General Comments
I used Bottom Drawer for my wedding gift list back in 2007 and they were as helpful then as they are now. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly team to assist me with ideas for my gift list and then the assistance to set it up. A lot of my guests were impressed by the idea as well and have said they will be using Bottom Drawer when they get married.
The prompt for my review now (2009) has come from a request I made recently to Bottom Drawer for a print out of my gift list. Even though I haven't been a customer for two years now, I got a response within 24 hours with my list attached.
How lovely it is to receive such a high level of customer service - you don't get much these days.
