General Comments
My local branch of Nationwide Crash Repair Centre had a really bad communication,phone goes to answerphone but if you leave a message your call is not returned.
Courtesy car was delivered late an filthy dirty inside and out.
It seemed that the previous occupant had been to the local tip and left some of their rubbish in the car. So far they have had my car five days to replace a rear bumper. The first excuse was that the wrong bumper had been delivered. Also unable to get into their tracking system. Why doesn't that suprise me. still trying to contact them. I only went this repairer as directed by the insurance company it's 25 miles from where I live.
