Only good points 3D Cart have is in price and a few feature like the rewards systems. Bad Point is there customer service you can't contact anyone on the weekend. I was thinking about switching over to 3D cart so i signed up friday and saturday the system locked me out. then I couldn't get my customer log to upload! Which is a big no no. they say they host over 3000 companies so how can you have support closed on the weekend. then what made it funny they said submit a ticket and they check it 24hrs 7days a week. ok i submitted a ticket and 3 days have passed with no responds.
