Good Points

Excellent ticket cost.
Promptness of takeoff and landing times.
Service from London and Glasgow office staff.
Ability to select seats when booking for nominal fee.

Bad Points

The window seats on the A330 are very narrow for a person with wide shoulders.

General Comments

I have used Canadian Affairs for flights to Canada twice a year for the past 5 years, and once a year for a number of years previous. One time I have used them to book a flight with Canada 3000, which went under. Fortunately Canadian Affair was insured and they arranged for a substitute BA flight for a nomimal extra charge. Had I booked with Canada 3000, I might have lost the entire fair for 2 people. I have never been significantly delayed, I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from the office when I have made a mistake on the web in booking. Problems have been promptly resolved with a phone call. I am a tall person, and I like the 35" seats offered by Thomas Cook on the B757. I recommend Canadian Affairs to other that do not know about it. The food and service on the plane has been satisfactory.
