This weekend Create and Craft have been impossible to order on-line - everytime I eventually get onto the website it runs so slow that my basket keeps getting emptied!! I tried to ask a question via telephone but all I can assume is they use an Indian call centre because everyone has very thick accents I can't understand even if they can understand my query - which seems unlikely because I was advised (incorrectly) to purchase club membership again. I only ever order on-line usually because I hate the order line. I have had no problems in the past with parcels but am very disappointed with this weekend.
