General Comments

All right for about 10 years Ive played browser based strategy/sim games where you build an empire, attack other players and compete for Alliance domination and most powerful kingdom. A lot of folks have seen them, and they can be pretty boring, waiting on war generals to get back from attacks, no graphics. and the same old same old.

Then I found LoT (legions of Tercia) This game is great, there is no set way to play and win. You build your empire around your specific playstyle, and find the right combination that works for you. Peace loving Magi, that can turn iron into gold, or food into wood! Or the fast and furious Demonologists, that can rip land away from adversaries with unparrallelled speed. Necromancers! The backbones of war, you can possess all of your opponents characters and take free run of thier lands with little they can do to repel your forces. Or even the Shaman, in war you can OPEN the earth and swallow opponents. The bigger your size, the bigger the effect. (Galactus syndrome anyone?)

You level your War leaders. using spells, making attacks, training whatever you decide. Levels are based on XP, in 6 weeks its expected an average player can gain about 50 levels, some faster than others. The faster you level, the more destructive (or defensive) of an adversary you prove to be.

You start with 4 diff classes start with diff characters. Some with 1 caster and 3 War leaders, others 2 and 2 or 3 and 1 even. As you attack monsters or players your characters proceed to ' level up ' and gain XP making them stronger, and making your casters much more effective in thier spells. Ever class has friendly and offensive spells. There is a help link to give you an idea of what they have to offer. Magi/feudal is the most peaceful and likely to survive a war, best suited on mountains or hills, Demon the most agressive, with a blend of speed, and strength, and necro probably the fastest and quickest to level up, but first to die in war as they are the most dangerous enemy.

You join a clan, and work with them, to learn, grow, and help one another with friendly support spells. Clans can go to war with one another in the course of a game. This brings up a whole slew of options such as salt the earth, speed and attack bonuses, even the ability to steal magic items (yes magic items are won through monster attacks or bought from the auction, these include weapons, potions some permanent, some temporary, scrolls and armor)

Ive played the rest, and this is by far the best. Active management! Some level of player control (voting, and suggestions are used quite often every round) and a diverse community that is waiting to expand. We are competitive. what this game lacks in graphics, and pretty pictures it makes up for 110% in gameplay, mechanics, mathematics and fun!

So join us, sign up and give it a try.

I am 100% commited to expanding this fine game, I know it isn't mine, but this game, has revived my interest in these type of games, IMO its the best of its kind, and its going to get bigger.
